Catching up and wrapping up The Favorites...and we have a winner!
19. grapefruit. I am the only one that eats grapefruit at my house and I don't mind. one. bit. It means I don't have to hide them like I do my stash of york peppermint patties
20. a clean car. Notice I do not have a picture because no, my car is not always clean, but when it is, I LOVE it. I also love that my husband loves to clean my car for me.
21. playing dress up. My kids love to dress up. I don't remember doing this as a child. Maybe it's because we didn't have an awesome mullet wig like this one lying around. Long story as to why we even own this nappy thing, and yes, it is SO coming to our new house with us.
22. school supplies. is it possible to have too many school supplies? why are they so much fun?
23. warm cement. warms my heart
24. warm summer night walks. they warm my heart some more.
25. bubble baths and a book. love them. don't get enough of them but I love them.
26. having someone brush my hair. heaven.
27. breakfast for dinner.
28. kid's tight hugs around the neck
29. watching these kids as they grow, grow, grow has been a favorite part of mothering. Yes, Rylee has decided that going to the bathroom on the toilet is for her. To be honest, I am not a mom that wants to rush through the diaper stage. Diapers mean I know where the mess is. They mean we don't have to get out of line at the grocery store to beeline it to the bathroom, if we're lucky enough to find a bathroom. But Rylee does what Rylee does, so I guess this is how we're doing things now.
30. and of course, favorite thing #30..... brown paper packages tied up with string with Lego's inside!!! We did not draw straws, but this boy pushed the generate button for me. Not too thrilling, but oh well.
