Tug at my heartstrings and tugging at the pants

I remember this like it was yesterday.  Well, this picture was from yesterday; yesterday night after I had tucked the kids into bed.  I love that special kid ability to fall asleep anywhere and everywhere, but more than that, I love the memories these young little guys of mine stir within me.  Remembering helps me to be a better mom.  As a little girl (and sometimes even now) I knew, I just knew if I could get that much closer to where my mom was, my whole world would be okay.

Much easier to remember when they are peaceful and asleep rather than tugging at the pants.
