Our Valentine
Happy #2 Birthday to our February 1st Valentine.

We love every last bit of you, Rylee...your "head, shoulders, knees, and toes..."
We love that you insist on taking off your shoes and socks to reveal your piggies before you will allow us to complete the singing of that song.
You give the BEST hugs in the world.
Your brother loves you.
So much.
Little girls flock to you.
We prefer to be serenaded by your sweetest little singing voice, especially the "go and do" part of Nephi's Courage (she sings her heart out on the "DO!") over the "yes, no, yes, no, yes, no" shouting matches you seem so good at testing your brother's patience with. By the way. You usually win. We all lose it long before you are done having your fun with us.

You are our climbing monkey and hanging out with you all day is the greatest thing ever.
Your dolls think so too and are well taken care of as you lovingly undress them and pretend to bathe them and wrap them in towels (paper) and snuggle them over and over and over again.
Your brother loves you.

We also love to hear your "thank yous," especially how you always say "thank you" in place of "you're welcome." And when you say "Amen" or "Costco" or "Sample" or "Yogurt," you're always sure to get a smile out of us.
Your help with laundry and unloading the dishwasher and making the pancakes...well, your efforts certainly don't go unnoticed.
Your fetish for shoes comes from Mom. Your love of jackets (and your eyebrows), that's all Dad.
You dream of someday having a puppy of your own.
Having your fingernails polished has become a necessity to you. So has tilting your head to the side so you can see through that head of hair of yours. A cut may be in your future here real soon. Mom loves to dress you up but those days are also numbered as you're already expressing your opinions about things like what dress or pants or sandals or pirate costume you want to wear.
You are our ham. Our cheese.
Every part of you, yes, your eyes, ears, mouth, and nose, and toes, and giggles, and smiles, and shouts, and messes, and loves...each and every INTENSE, crazy and fun and passionate piece of you, gives us that much more of you to love...to PIECES! Happy Birthday, Rylee!
