Rylee Ann's Big Day
We celebrated on Sunday because that is the only day we get to have Daddy home with us. The Elder's came for dinner and of course to celebrate Rylee turning 1. Actually, we forgot to tell them they were coming to a birthday party.
Russell was there to help every step of the way.
And like every good big brother, he was even there to make sure that her new purse was working properly.
The missionaries weren't Rylee's only special guests. It's been years since I've seen Jennifer (my wedding day to be exact). We've been close friends since the fifth grade and lost touch for a long time. She went to school in the Bay area and found work up here after graduating. It's been so nice reconnecting.
There is a Princess inside all of us
I gave Fondant frosting a chance and I'm afraid that's all I'm going to be able to stomach. I've made playdough look more appetizing.
And Rylee really isn't diggin' the Fondant either. This girl has a sweet tooth and her hesitation here reveals all truth...not too tasty.
Happy 1st Birthday our Rylee. We love you!
