I apologize for Ryan's lack of modesty but he really wasn't prepared for this whole catching crawdads under the freeway experience. Neither was I! We have some friends that run the culinary school up in Paso and they invited us to a dinner at the school. The invitation included free lessons in crawdad cooking and everthing! What a deal, huh? Only thing we had to do was bring the beef! Okay, so they don't even compare to beef but I'm sure they are easier to catch than cows!

I grew up eating crawdads all the time. I miss them so much. I didn't think you could get them around here. Hope you got a lot and enjoyed them. I'm jealous!

We are from we don't know how to be bored. We are from fish in our trunk, from sushi nights out and KFC Christmas eves in. We are from bowling, a lot, from shooting pool and other things. We are from the Bob Jone's Trail, from trail mix, from mix matched socks, from shoes. We are from Donald's words of advice, from serving, from being served. We are from 1st Nephi 3:7, from faith, from family. We are from laughter. We are from love. We are from God.
