Another trip down South

We had the most wonderful weekend in Los Angeles. Thank you, Gordon and Janet and Samuel, for watching Russell while Ryan and I enjoyed some time at the temple. Our stake was invited to participate in the 50th anniversary of the dedication of this beautiful temple. What a special time we had there. Russell got a new remote control truck. We thought it would be a nice way for him to pass the time while we were away from him. And boy, were we right! We haven't been able to separate him from the thing ever since. He even gives it hugs! In this picture he is filling the truck bed with "logs." And thanks, Grandpa Hodnett, for the delicious dinner at Claim Jumpers. What a salad bar! Russell loved it!

We are from we don't know how to be bored. We are from fish in our trunk, from sushi nights out and KFC Christmas eves in. We are from bowling, a lot, from shooting pool and other things. We are from the Bob Jone's Trail, from trail mix, from mix matched socks, from shoes. We are from Donald's words of advice, from serving, from being served. We are from 1st Nephi 3:7, from faith, from family. We are from laughter. We are from love. We are from God.
